It is not possible to update the firmware using the network (won't progress in the file downloading process.) if your player's firmware is version BP10072600 or BP10111000. Please refer to the following procedure to update your player.
- Press and hold STANDBY/ON button on the player's front panel to reset the player.
The player will automatically be turned off after resetting. - Turn on the player.
- Update the player using a USB memory device.
