A message saying 'The installation key is incorrect' is displayed and the DJS software cannot be installed. (DJ, software, error). What should I do?



Please check that you have typed in the Installation Keys correctly.

Installation keys are composed of capital letters and numbers. Try re-entering the number exactly as you see it on the installation key sticker.
