Disc Backup

This feature offers a convenient way to backup important material from one DVD to another. The material is first copied from the DVD disc to the HDD, then on to a second DVD disc. While the contents of the original disc are temporarily stored in the HDD, they cannot be played nor edited. All contents and information from the original DVD disc are backed up without any quality loss.

During DVD disc backup, recording to the HDD or playback of other content from the HDD is possible.

Note: This feature only works with finalised DVD-R-DVD-RW discs recorded in 'Video Mode (DVD Video Mode)'.
