Variable Bit Rate Recording

Variable Bit Rate Recording means that the the DVD Recorder detects and records the source in variable bits.

The purpose is to use the right amount of space for recording. It is possible for the DVD Recorder to record in Fixed Bit Rate, but larger parts of memory would be unnecessarily used.
