Films or series on Blu-ray 3D deserve an AV Receiver to match. The HTB-521 complete home cinema package provides you with both, plus an additional 5.1 speaker set – made to give you the best experience. But it doesn’t stop there: other handy features include MCACC speaker calibration, Bluetooth streaming (optional with the AS-BT100) and the option to connect portable devices. You can enjoy networked features (Youtube and DLNA) when connected via Ethernet.
True home cinema
Turn your living room into a cinema with 5.1 HD surround sound. With speakers in the front, rear and middle and and a subwoofer connected, you’ll immerse yourself in a lively film experience.
High-definition audio
Besides Dolby Pro Logic II, the receiver supports Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio so you can enjoy uncompressed, high-definition audio from Blu-ray discs as well.
Bluetooth audio streaming
If your phone, laptop or tablet is equipped with Bluetooth, you can live stream audio to the receiver (with optional adapter). The Sound Retriever AIR restores sound quality during transmission.
The latest, convenient HDMI technology
With HDMI, you can use this receiver to watch 3D video from a Blu-ray disc. Other convenient features include an Audio Return Channel for TVs with a DVD player or a built-in Tuner, for example, as well as Standby Pass-Through.
Connect your portable device
If you have a mobile device to play audio from, simply connect it to the receiver using the 3.5mm mini-jack on the front panel.
Intelligent speaker calibration
Surround speakers can hardly be ideally positioned. MCACC therefore analyses the existing sound field using a microphone (included), just like a sound professional, and adjusts the sound timings to precision-tune the system to your room.
