All the latest Blu-ray Disc surround formats such as Dolby True HD and DTS HD Master Audio are supported. The 4 satellite speakers are convenient in size and can easily be placed around your living room. 
Connect the subwoofer for roaring bass. MCACC acoustic calibration will balance speaker outputs according to your living room.
8 Surround Modes calibrate your sound for different genres of content like Action, Sports, and Rock/Pop. Auto Surround automatically detects if a source is stereo or multi-channel.
HD audio and Bluetooth ready
Connect a Blu-ray player and enjoy HD audio decoding. Up to 1080p (HD) video signals are supported,as well as x.v.Colour and Deep Colour for vibrant, lifelike colours with smooth gradient transitions. HDMI v1.4a ensures your receiver is ready for 3D video formats.
When playing compressed music (e.g. from a portable music player) you are guaranteed an enhanced sound. The Advanced Sound Retriever ‘upscales’ the quality of compressed audio to closely match the original source. Together with Auto Level Control this technology provides a dynamic and balanced sound.
You can also use Bluetooth audio streaming (with optional adapter) to enjoy music from a compatible iPhone/ipod touch, smartphone or PC.
