Terms and Conditions of NavGate iPod® Touch Promotion

1. This promotion entitles purchasers of the Pioneer AVIC-F900BT system within the dates specified to a complimentary Apple iPod® Touch.

2. All purchases must be made from 17 December 2008 until and including the 31 January 2009. Participants must be aged 17 or over and residents of the UK. Only one application per household can be used for this promotion.

3. This promotion is only available to customers who purchase in-store, after receiving an in-store demonstration, from participating authorised dealers only. For details of participating authorised dealers please visit www.pioneer.co.uk/touchclaim or click here.

4. The dealer must complete (using stamp where available) and sign the claim form. The customer must complete, sign and send the claim form to Pioneer at the address specified on the enclosed envelope, with a copy of the purchase receipt after completing the online registration, within 30 days from the date of purchase. Responsibility cannot be accepted for claim forms lost, tampered, illegible, wrongly stamped or incomplete which will be declared void. Pioneer is not obliged to return original purchase receipts.

5. Following receipt of your form, we will process your claim and dispatch your complementary iPod® Touch. We will endeavour to do this within 30 days from receipt of your completed form.
