Terms & Conditions - Win a DJM-700 Mixer or HDJ-2000 headphones if you are a CDJ or DVJ owner

1. To Enter: Entrants must be an owner of one or more of the following Pioneer CDJ models: DVJ-1000, DVJ-X1, CDJ-1000MK1, CDJ-1000MK2, CDJ-1000MK3, CDJ-800MK1, CDJ-800MK2, CDJ-400, CDJ-200 and CDJ-100S. All entries must be made online at www.pioneer.co.uk by and including Wedensday 30th September 2009. Multiple entries by an individual are accepted, but limited to one entry per CDJ model. By submitting their entry, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules.

2. Eligibility: This competition is open to all UK residents of 16 or over as at the start date, except those who at any time between the start date and the date on which the winner is selected are employees of the Promoter, any of its wholly owned subsidiaries or any marketing services agency or other company involved directly with the administration of this competition, or any member of their households.

3. Validity: All entrants will need to properly complete the registration form and submit their entry by the end date of the promotion. Upon notification of being a winner, entrants will be required to supply the Pioneer serial number of the CDJ models they own. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event that this information cannot be provided within any time specified and the entrant’s entry will be void.

4. The Prize: The prizes are one DJM-700 mixer and three pairs of HDJ-2000 headphones. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion substitute cash value for the prizes or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value. Entrants are eligible to win only one prize. Once his/her name has been drawn as a winner his/her name will be removed from the remaining competition draw.

5. Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on the www.pioneer.co.uk website the week commencing Monday 12th October 2009 and the winners will be personally notified as soon as practicable either before or after this date.

6. Winner Publicity: Entrants accept that, if they win, the Promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name and town of residence for the purposes of announcing the winners of this competition and for related promotional purposes.

7. Entries: All entries will become the property of the Promoter on its receipt of them and will not be returned.

8. Data Privacy: Entrants may be contacted from time to time in the future about new products available from the Promoter. Entrants who do not wish this to occur should tick the relevant boxes within the registration form.
