My navigation unit provides me with the wrong map distance. How can I rectify this?
- Check to see if you are receiving adequate satellite reception via the MENU, INFO, CONNECTIONS or SETTINGS, HARDWARE INFO. The satellites should at least have 5 coloured icons.
- Check your speed pulse connection via the MENU, 3D CALIBRATION and check the speed pulse (you can check the speed pulse whilst driving). No pulse should be counted while the car stopped. If this is not the case, we suggest that you contact the shop where you purchased your navigation system.
