I inserted a new navigation map disc and now my system will no longer recognise the original map disc. How can I rectify this?



Once an upgraded map disc has been inserted into your navigation system, it can not recognise older map discs.

If you want to access the older map disc then a factory reset is needed. This reset can be done at the shop where you purchased the navigation system, or at an Authorised Service Centre.

Please contact your local Pioneer office to find your nearest Authorised Service Centre.
