The message 'Unable to connect to the Internet' comes up when trying to obtain CD Information with the Ripping function from DJS. What should I do?



It is possible that either the computer settings for connecting to the Internet have not been made or the cable for connecting to the Internet is not correctly connected to your PC.

  • Check the users manual for the computer you are using and ensure the settings are correct for connecting to the Internet.
  • Check and make sure the cable is connected.
