I am experiencing a problem when playing back of one or more Blu-ray films on my Blu-ray player

Firstly, please ensure that your Blu-ray player has the latest firmware version installed. Please refer to the support section of the website for details of how to ascertain your current firmware and if necessary how to download the latest version. Should you still experience playback problems with the latest firmware version, please contact Customer Relations on 0330 123 1240 or 0870 600 1539 with details of the particular movie(s), including the bar code number from the reverse of the box.
