My Guide Plus system has stopped working with my DVD recorder and I can not select a host channel.

Data Broadcasting International made the decision to terminate the licence with ITV1 for the transmission of data over the ITV1 Analogue channel as of the 31st December 2010. Some areas of the country have already had the data transmission terminated. The result is that the Guide Plus system will no longer receive the data it requires for its Electronics Program Guide.

Pioneer Analogue DVD recorders:
DVR-7000/ DVR-3100-S/ DVR-5100H-S/ DVR-220/ DVR-230-S/ DVR-320-S/ DVR-330-S/ DVR-420H-S/ DVR-433H-S/ DVR-520H-S/ DVR-530H-S/ DVR-630H-S/ DVR-720H-S/ DVR-920H-S/ DVR-930H-S
These products will no longer be able to receive Guide Plus but can still perform manual timer recordings with the on-board Analogue TV tuner.

Pioneer Digital DVD recorders:
DVR-440HX-S/ DVR-540HX-S/ DVR-545HX-S/ DVR-550HX-S/ DVR-560HX-S/ DVR-940HX-S
These products will also no longer be able to receive Guide Plus but can change the “EPG Type” from “Guide Plus” to “Digital EPG” from the “Basic” section of the “Initial Settings” menu. This will operate the same as Guide Plus but will look graphically slightly different.
