I am experiencing an HDCP error message when connecting to SKY HD via HDMI

Some Pioneer plasma media receivers/screens can experience a HDCP compatibility message following connection to a Sky HD box. In the event such message is displayed please contact your nearest Pioneer Authorised Service Centre.

The service centre will carry out diagnostic tests and if required implement a repair. Please note there will be a charge for any work that the service centre carries out, which they will confirm with you.

If you do not have access to the internet you can telephone Pioneer Customer Relations on 0330 123 1240 to find out your nearest Authorised Service Centre.
