I am getting the error code "E-01" with my G3 (PDP-433HDE / PDP-503HDE) , what can I do about it?

Please contact your local Pioneer Authorised Service Centre, who will check and possibly repair your unit, alternatively please contact Customer Relations on 0870 600 1539 or 0330 123 1240 (Opening hours are: Monday - Friday 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM).
