Service issue with the CDJ-2000 Limited Professional Multi Player, model number CDJ-2000-W

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to inform you of a service issue with the CDJ-2000 Limited Professional Multi Player, model number CDJ-2000-W. This notice applies solely to the 'W' (White) model, not the original CDJ-2000.

The issue occurs only under limited environmental and use conditions that are not typical for most users, so Pioneer anticipates that most users will not be affected. The service issue does not pose a health or safety risk.

When the CDJ-2000-W is used in bright sunlight or, potentially, in bright incandescent light, music playback may go in reverse without any action by the user. To address this issue, Pioneer will perform a corrective modification of your unit at no charge to you, with shipping to-and-from our factory, prepaid by Pioneer.

To arrange for this free modification, please contact the Pioneer Service Office.

Please have the unit's serial number ready before you call. Do not send in your unit without first obtaining authorisation from Pioneer.
