October 2nd sees the first of two huge Spectrum line ups as part of the
Electric City series 2010. Approaching a decade of being one of the most visible and respected underground club nights in the UK, Spectrum continues to forge its unique brand of multi-genre line ups that literally have no peer. This time Spectrum have teamed up with the BPM DJ Exhibition , DJ Mag and Pioneer DJ to present night of epic proportions for any electronic music fan!
The HMV Institute's spectacular 1,500 capacity Main Room brings together a line up of both immense proportion and diversity programmed in a way only Spectrum knows how. The technically brilliant delivery of House and Techno from International A-Lister JJAMES ZABIELA and multi-genred mash up from SCRATCH PERVERTS, is complimented perfectly by the uber-hot DJ ZINC and NOISIA whose recent releases have been taking their careers to new heights.
Not to be outdone in The Library, Drum and Bass and Dubstep's finest come together in association with Dubmatic. NERO, MARY ANNE HOBBS and Canada's Excision headline a quality packed line up. Continuing on through the vast venue, The Congregation is hosted by Pioneer and DJ Mag with House and Progressive heavyweights SOS (feat. OMID 16B & DEMI) and other world famous DJs to dazzle revellers with their skills on the Pioneer DJ CDJs! Finally, for a disco, funk and hip hop all round party fix, The Temple sees a DJ set from Pete Jordan's new MAJEURE FORCE project, ably supported by local legends SHORTERZ and JEM ATKINS.
