A perfect balance between high-end design and sound.

Designed and engineered by our Speaker Design Centre in Paris, the S-81 4-way floor-standing speaker shares the DNA of our EX Speaker Series. It features dedicated woofers and a concentric tweeter/medium, round shaped cabinets and ABD/AFAST standing wave control technologies.

All “Series 8” speakers are made of high-end materials only: from the wooden grilles, cabinets and bases to the Aramid cones of the woofers and the titanium domes of the tweeters.

The time alignment of the acoustic waves produced by the drivers, as well as the wide frequency range, the linearity of the woofers and the solid construction of the cabinet ensure an accurate reproduction of both sound image and sound field at the highest level, without colouration.

Our engineers and designers have achieved the delicate balance between form and function: the integration of a magnetic grille and solid aluminium flanges emphasises the elegant and slim silhouette of the “Series 8” cabinets, while working to eliminate sound diffraction.

The S-81 is also available in real whitewashed ash veneer.
