The VSX-1020 provides full iPhone and iPod integration. Using the digital USB connection you can listen to your tunes without quality loss caused by D/A conversion. Our Advanced Sound Retriever will even restore quality lost during compression.
Use your iPhone or iPod touch as a remote control. With the iControlAV application, you can access the receiver’s main functionalities and more over your wireless LAN.
Stream audio content to your receiver using Bluetooth (additional adapter required). The Sound Retriever AIR restores sound quality lost during streaming.
HD audio and video support
The VSX-1020 is able to decode the latest HD audio formats and upscales video sources to 1080p (HD). It supports x.v.Colour and Deep Colour for vibrant, lifelike colours with smooth gradient transitions. With the latest HDMI version 1.4a, it’s also ready for 3D content from broadcasting, games to home cinema with resolutions up to 1080p.
